We were basically given an intro by a dude who purely wanted to up-sell us on our holiday and was trying to upgrade us to Privilege-tier guests instead of the standard all inclusive we'd already paid good money for. The intro to the hotel, upon arrival, was a farce.
Allow us to explain why it was 3.5 stars. Also, we're going to give it 3.5 stars for the sake of this review and are rounding it up to 4 because we can't rate with half stars on Trip Advisor. Overall the Ocean Riviera Paradise experience with my wife and 5 y/o child was a memorable one and we will look back on it with mostly fond memories but we want to share how it really was for folks who are considering visiting.
